Ahhh Christmas. I'm so obsessed with you. Getting out the tree, trying to remember how to construct it, losing all the fairy lights (and still not being able to find them!) and in general having a great time basically sums up my Sunday. And whilst I've got to say this years tree isn't exactly a masterpiece, hopefully when we do discover where the lights are hidden, everything will look a whole lot cuter!
I've decided to post a few snapshots to remember this years christmas by, starting with the decoration of the tree. I say it's 'part 1' because the rest of the house isn't decorated yet, and our second (real) tree hasn't been purchased. I think we'll probably wait until we find / purchase more lights otherwise it'll look a bit sorry for itself! But nonetheless I'm happy everywhere is starting to look a bit more festive!

oh my goodness how cute are those lights?! where are they from? I've avidly reminded my parents to not even think about decorating or buying a tree without me and before I get home, which sadly isn't until the 19th! I love reading these to get me in the festive spirit! xx

I know!! I've had them for a few years now but I think they're from John Lewis? Ahhh well totally fair! My parents decorated the tree without me last year whilst I was at work and I was so annoyed haha xx

Aww thank you! When we were younger, me and my sister always used to pick out new decorations each year, and as you can probably tell we were obsessed with sparkles and glitter! xx
