Christmas Nail Polish Picks

I absolutely adore having painted nails however I'm also the first to admit that I'm terrible at keeping them looking cute. For some reason it takes days of me having chipped, gross looking nails before I remember to remove the polish. But at christmas time, the nail colours (and sparkly top coats) are just too cute for words. So in todays post I wanted to talk to you all a little bit about my absolute favourites.

1 - OPI Snow Globetrotter

A perfect white, glitter top coat. This nail polish works perfectly over a silver base to create elegant, classy sparkle! Obviously it's OPI so you're looking at £13 a bottle, but it is a big bottle y'all! Sorry I couldn't find this to link it!

2 - OPI Rollin' In Cashmere (Similar linked)

I haven't actually tried this one yet, *shock horror* but I think it's going to be next on my nails. Metallic nails are all the range and this would look so cute with a glamorous black accent nail.

3 - Essie Shearling Darling

One of my all time favourite polishes. A deep, incredibly pigmented burgundy red that easily transitions from autumn to winter. I feel like this is a classic shade that would suit any skin colour. So so beautiful! Unfortunately I couldn't find this one to link.

Currently on my nails is this perfect metallic rose gold. It's one step up on the glamour ladder from a basic nude whilst still retaining the subtle sophistication. As a lover of rose gold anything, this is pretty much a to-die-for shade!

Whilst this is a nightmare to remove, a bit of silver glitter never goes amiss at christmas. I also think this could work for Valentine's Day, used on an accent nail with a baby pink nail polish. So cute. But I'm getting ahead of myself. For Christmas, use this as a top coat either on a silver base (for a less intense sparkle) or on a bright red for a more jazzy look!

Okay guys, so those are my picks! Let me know your faves down in the comments!
